ANR Tree Farm was started in 1975 by Art and Ruth Niedermeier. The farm started out as a retirement project for my father, but after 10 years it was more work than he had planned on. I bought the farm from them in 1985 when I left the corporate world of computer consulting.
Nadiya Niedermeier is wife and co-owner of ANR Tree Farm. She is the Store manager for our 2 gift shops at the Choose & Cut's. She also manages our two "Magic of Christmas" gift stores in Madison, WI. She has a translation service with Russian/English and Ukrainian/English language pairs.

Bruce Niedermeier. After
25 years I am still the owner of ANR Tree Farm.
After graduating from the University of
Wisconsin-Madiaon in 1975 I spent 4 years in
the U.S. Army and lived most of that time in
West Germany. After I returned home I attended
UW-Oshkosh and gained my MBA in Finance. It
seems that modern farms of today are
more like a business with budgets, marketing,
finance and cash flow analysis. The original
wholesale farm business has expanded to include two choose & cut farms
and four Country Christmas Store,
wholesale trees, and wholesale wreaths & garland.
I like the outside work of the tree farm along
with the indoor planning and computer work.
